Privacy Policy

AppSauce is a creative service operated by Two Daughters Studio LLC ("AppSauce," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit appsauce.ai or order ads from us, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, company, billing details and the product page URL you enter at checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Brief materials: what you send through the intake form, such as product photos, product facts, customer notes and brand assets.
• Messages: emails and feedback you send us about your order.
• Ad spend reports: on Plus and Performance plans, the Ads Manager spend figures for ads we made, so we can bill the share of spend.
• Basic site logs: our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

• To write, produce, review and deliver your ads.
• To bill you and keep financial records.
• To talk with you about your order.
• To show finished ads as samples on this site, unless you tell us not to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your product materials for any other client.

3. Who processes it for us

We share information only with the services we need to deliver your order:

• Stripe for payments.
• Google for the intake form, email and file delivery.
• Vercel to host this site.
• AI generation providers that create the script, images, voice, music and video from your brief and product photos.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and brief materials while we are working together, so we can make revisions and new ads. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will, except for records we must keep for tax and accounting.

5. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to show your ads as samples. Email robb@appsauce.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to your materials to the people producing your ads. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything you would not want in a production file, such as passwords or ad account logins.

7. Children

AppSauce is a business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
