Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
AppSauce is a done-for-you creative service operated by Two Daughters Studio LLC ("AppSauce," "we," "us"). We write, produce and deliver animated video ads for your product. These Terms apply to every order placed on appsauce.ai. By paying for an order you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
- Pilot: one ad concept delivered in four versions, each with a different opening hook.
- Batch: ten ads with one character and voice used across all ten.
- Each ad runs about as long as the proven ad we model it on, usually 30 seconds to 2 minutes, unless we agree a different length in writing. Every ad is vertical 9:16 with captions burned in. Song ads also come with the song file.
- Anything not listed on the pricing page for your plan, such as other aspect ratios, cutdowns, extra concepts or media buying, is not included unless we agree to it in writing.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page and charged in US dollars through Stripe when you order. We never see or store your card details.
Plus and Performance plans also carry a share of ad spend: 8% (Plus) or 15% (Performance) of the Meta ad spend behind ads we delivered to you. We bill it monthly, in arrears, for each month you run those ads. You agree to send us the Ads Manager spend report for those ads each month, or give us read-only access to it. The share never applies to ads we did not make, and it stops for any ad you stop running. The Flat plan and the pilot carry no share of spend.
3. What we need from you
After you order, you fill out our creative brief: your product page, a Google Drive folder with one to two shots of the product on a white background, who buys it, and anything we must or must not say. You confirm that you have the right to give us these materials, and that the product facts and claims you give us are accurate and lawful to advertise.
4. Delivery
- The delivery clock starts when we receive your complete brief: every required answer, and product photos we can open.
- First files arrive within 72 business hours of a complete brief; weekends and US holidays do not count. The rest of a batch is delivered within the following week.
- If your brief is incomplete, we tell you what is missing, and delivery moves by the time it takes you to complete it.
5. No approval rounds; fixes
There are no approval or revision rounds. Your brief is the only creative input we need: we design the character, write the song or voiceover and the story, and produce from them. After delivery, we fix at no charge any ad that misses our standard: the same face in every scene, your product as it ships, and nothing that contradicts your brief. A new concept, character or song after delivery is new work, and we will quote it before starting.
6. Our guarantee
Same face in every scene, and your product as it ships. If a delivered ad misses either, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it at no charge. A remake is the remedy for this guarantee. Because production starts when we receive your brief, payments are not refundable once you submit it.
7. Your rights to the ads
- Once your order is paid in full, you may use the delivered ads, song and character to advertise your product on any channel, worldwide, with no time limit and no further license fee.
- The ads are made with AI tools. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection, so we do not promise that you can stop others from using similar material, and we do not grant exclusive ownership of it.
- We keep the right to use our methods, prompts and production files for other work. We will not reuse your product, branding or delivered ads for another client.
- We may show your ads as samples on this site unless you tell us not to.
8. AI disclosure and ad compliance
Every ad is AI-generated, and we mark it as such wherever a platform asks. We build product claims only from your product page and your brief. Review each ad before you run it. You are responsible for how the ads are run, including the advertising platform's policies and the laws that apply to your product category.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, ad performance, ad account restrictions or indirect damages. We do not promise any particular advertising result.
10. Ending the relationship
You can stop ordering at any time. On Plus and Performance, the share of spend continues only while you run ads we made. Either of us may end ongoing work with written notice; delivered and paid work stays yours under section 7.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version shown on the date you order applies to that order.
